TidyCal Agency Plan - Features and Benefits
The TidyCal Agency Plan ($79, one-time lifetime payment via AppSumo) is designed for teams and agencies that need collaborative scheduling features. It includes everything in the Individual Plan plus team-specific capabilities like round-robin scheduling, collective meetings, and SMS reminders.

Agency Plan features
Team features
These team features are included with Agency Lifetime - and also with the Pro subscription, which shares the same team feature set.
- Teams — create teams and invite unlimited team members. See Simplify Team Scheduling for setup.
- Round Robin scheduling — a slot is shown when at least one assigned host is free (union); the booking is assigned to one free host based on priority (5 levels: Highest/High/Medium/Low/Lowest, ties broken randomly). See How to Create a Round-Robin Booking Type.
- Collective meetings — a slot is shown only when every assigned host is free (intersection); all selected hosts attend the same meeting. See Setup Team Booking Types.
- Team booking pages — a dedicated page where clients can choose a team member.
For both Collective and Round Robin, TidyCal checks each host's Default Availability, connected calendar Busy events, existing TidyCal bookings, and the booking type's own restrictions when determining availability. See the linked articles above for the full detail.

Combining Pro with Agency Lifetime: If you already own Agency Lifetime and want to remove all TidyCal booking-page branding, you can subscribe to Pro on top of your Agency Lifetime plan. Your Agency Lifetime ownership is preserved, and TidyCal removes all booker-page branding while the Pro subscription is active. Pro is a paid subscription with no free trial. How to upgrade to the Agency Plan
Agency Lifetime is sold via AppSumo. Here is how to purchase or upgrade:
- Visit the TidyCal Pricing page and click Buy on AppSumo on the Agency Lifetime card.
- If you already purchased Individual Lifetime via AppSumo, visit the Pricing page while logged in — you will see an Upgrade at AppSumo button on the Agency Lifetime card. Use it to pay only the $50 difference between Individual and Agency.
- Complete the purchase on AppSumo. Your TidyCal account is upgraded after AppSumo processes the order.

There is no limit on team members with the Agency Plan.
