Upgrading to a higher Tier
To upgrade or downgrade your TidyCal license, first make sure that your license has been activated. If your license has not yet been activated, you'll see the option to activate in the 'Actions' dropdown menu on the "Products" page of your AppSumo account (this will update to "Product info" once you've successfully activated your license).
After you've confirmed your license has been activated, follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade your tier:
- Head to the "Products" page of your AppSumo account
- Use the "Actions" dropdown menu to the right of your product to select "Change Plan"
- Review your current plan and click the blue button associated with the tier you would like to be upgraded/downgraded to
- Add your billing information and select the yellow “Next: Payment” button
- Choose your preferred payment method (if you are downgrading, you will be refunded to your original form of payment which will be confirmed here. Select "Confirm change" for the downgrade to be completed.)
- There, confirm the tier you have selected to upgrade to.
- Finalize your upgrade by clicking the yellow “Confirm change” button!
