What is TidyCal?
TidyCal is an online scheduling and appointment booking platform created by AppSumo. It lets you create booking pages, sync calendars, accept payments, and manage appointments without the back-and-forth of email.
TidyCal offers a choice between one-time and recurring billing. Two lifetime plans — Individual Lifetime ($29) and Agency Lifetime ($79) — are sold via AppSumo as a one-time purchase. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription at $12/month or $99/year, sold directly on TidyCal. There is also a fully featured Free Plan for getting started. Pro is a paid subscription with no free trial.
TidyCal integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar to prevent double-booking and keep your schedule in sync. You can embed booking pages on your website, accept payments through Stripe and PayPal, and automate workflows with Zapier and other integrations.

Note: The Subscriptions row in the table below refers to booking-type-level recurring products (for example, a coach selling a recurring weekly session) — not the new Pro account subscription. Pro is the account-level monthly/yearly subscription described above.

Calendar Integrations
TidyCal connects with three major calendar providers to keep your schedule in sync:
- Google Calendar — OAuth connection with two-way sync.
- Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 — OAuth connection with two-way sync.
- Apple Calendar (iCloud) — CalDAV connection using an app-specific password.
Calendar limits vary by plan: Free Plan supports 1 calendar, Individual Plan supports 10, Pro supports 25, and Agency Plan supports 25.
Team Features (Pro or Agency Plan)
Both the Pro subscription and the Agency Lifetime plan include team collaboration features:
- Dedicated Teams Page: Create teams and invite members.
- Round-Robin Meetings: Automatically distribute bookings among team members.
- Collective Meetings: Schedule meetings where multiple hosts attend.

Pro Subscription vs Lifetime Plans

The Pro plan unlocks the same team and feature set as Agency Lifetime, with a few extras unique to Pro:
- No TidyCal branding on booking pages. Agency Lifetime reduces TidyCal branding; Pro removes it entirely.
- Custom domain for your booking page (also available on Agency Lifetime).
- Priority support with faster response times (also available on Agency Lifetime).

- Create your TidyCal account at tidycal.com.
- Connect your calendar (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) from Integrations in the sidebar.
- Set your availability in the Availability section.
- Create your first booking type from Booking types.
- Share your booking page link or embed it on your website.

- Booking-page branding: Pro removes all TidyCal branding from booking pages; Agency keeps reduced TidyCal branding.
Agency Lifetime owners can subscribe to Pro on top to remove all TidyCal branding while keeping their lifetime plan.
How does TidyCal compare to Calendly?
