TidyCal Pro - Features and Benefits
TidyCal Pro is a recurring subscription ($12/month or $99/year) that unlocks every paid TidyCal feature and removes all TidyCal branding from your booking pages. Pro is sold directly through TidyCal via Stripe — not through AppSumo.
If you prefer a one-time lifetime purchase, see the Agency Lifetime plan ($79 one-time via AppSumo). Pro and Agency Lifetime share the same team feature set; the practical differences are billing model (recurring vs one-time), sales channel (TidyCal direct vs AppSumo), and booker-page branding (Pro removes all TidyCal branding; Agency Lifetime shows reduced branding).
What's included with Pro
No TidyCal branding (Pro-only)
Pro is the only TidyCal plan that removes all TidyCal branding from your booking pages. Your clients see your booking pages with no "Powered by TidyCal" attribution and no TidyCal footer. The Free Plan shows full TidyCal branding; Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime show reduced TidyCal branding.
Team features (shared with Agency Lifetime)

- Round Robin scheduling — a slot is shown when at least one assigned host is free (union); the booking is assigned to one free host based on priority (5 levels: Highest/High/Medium/Low/Lowest, ties broken randomly). See How to Create a Round-Robin Booking Type.
- Collective meetings — a slot is shown only when every assigned host is free (intersection); all selected hosts attend the same meeting. See Setup Team Booking Types.
- Team booking pages — a dedicated page where clients can choose a team member.

Combining Pro with Agency Lifetime: If you already own Agency Lifetime and want to remove all TidyCal booking-page branding, you can subscribe to Pro on top of your Agency Lifetime plan. Your Agency Lifetime ownership is preserved, your account is on the Pro tier with no booker-page branding while the Pro subscription is active, and you keep all Agency features.
How to subscribe to Pro
You can subscribe to Pro from either your account Settings or the public Pricing page.
From Settings (recommended for existing accounts)
- Log in to TidyCal.
- Open Settings → Your plan.
- Click the Subscribe to Pro button to open the Pricing page.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly on the Pro card and click Subscribe.
- You're redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details.
- After payment, you're returned to TidyCal and see the message: Welcome to Pro! Your subscription is now active.
From the Pricing page (new visitors)
- Visit the TidyCal Pricing page.
- On the Pro card, click Buy now if you don't yet have a TidyCal account — you'll be sent to sign up first.
- Once signed in, choose Monthly or Yearly and click Subscribe to be sent to Stripe Checkout.
Pro is a paid subscription with no free trial. You're billed immediately on the subscription start date.
Manage your Pro subscription
You manage your Pro subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Open it from Settings:
- Open Settings → Your plan.
- Click Manage subscription — this takes you to the Stripe Customer Portal.
- From there you can update your payment method, view past invoices, cancel, or resume a cancelled subscription.
Cancel your Pro subscription
Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription). After you cancel:
- Your Pro subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period (Stripe default behavior).
- When the period ends, your account reverts to your previous tier — if you have an Agency Lifetime or Individual Lifetime plan, you go back to that tier. If you didn't have a lifetime plan, you revert to the Free Plan.
- Your data, bookings, calendars, contacts, and Stripe connections are preserved.
- If you change your mind before the period ends, click Manage subscription again and resume the subscription from the Stripe portal.
Refunds: Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the start of each billing period. After 7 days, contact support@tidycal.com for a prorated refund. See TidyCal Refunds and Downgrades for the full policy.
Switch between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly
The Stripe Customer Portal does not support mid-cycle plan changes. To switch between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly:
- Cancel your current Pro subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Wait for the current billing period to end (your Pro features stay active until then).
- Subscribe again on the new interval (Monthly or Yearly) from Settings → Your plan → Subscribe to Pro, or from the Pricing page.
Troubleshooting
Pro features not active after subscribing
- Log out and log back in to refresh your account status.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Confirm payment succeeded in Stripe Checkout — you should have received a Stripe email receipt.
- If the message Your subscription is being activated. It may take a moment to appear. persists for more than a few minutes, refresh the Settings → Your plan page.
- Contact support@tidycal.com if Pro features remain locked after these steps.
"Subscribe to Pro" button doesn't appear
- If you already have an active Pro subscription, the button is replaced by Manage subscription. This is expected.
- If you don't see either button, refresh the page or log out and back in.

Is Pro a subscription or a lifetime payment?

What happens to my data if Pro ends?
Your data is preserved. Bookings, calendars, contacts, and Stripe connections all stay in your account. When Pro ends, your account reverts to your previous tier — an Agency Lifetime or Individual Lifetime plan if you have one, otherwise the Free Plan.
Can I switch between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly?
Yes, but the Stripe Customer Portal does not support mid-cycle plan changes. To switch, cancel your current Pro subscription, wait for the billing period to end, then subscribe on the other interval. See the Switch between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly section above.
Can I have both Pro and a Lifetime plan?
Yes. If you own Agency Lifetime (or Individual Lifetime) and you want to also remove all TidyCal booker-page branding, you can subscribe to Pro on top of your existing plan. No. Pro is sold directly through TidyCal via Stripe. Individual Lifetime ($29) and Agency Lifetime ($79) are AppSumo-only.
