How to customize my TidyCal profile and booking page URL

Customize your TidyCal profile and booking page URL to match your brand. Update your name, profile picture, and booking page link from Settings.

Editing your profile

1. In the sidebar, go to Settings > Profile.
2. Update your details:
   • Profile picture: Click Change photo to upload a new image (JPG, GIF, or PNG, max 2MB).
   • Your name: Enter or update your display name.
   • Email address: Update your account email.
3. Click Save changes.

Customizing your booking page URL

1. In the sidebar, go to Settings > Bookings page.
2. Find the Your link field.
3. Enter your preferred URL path (e.g., your name or business name).
4. Your booking page will be at tidycal.com/your-link.
5. Click Save changes.

Classic vs Website Builder

Your booking page URL (tidycal.com/your-link) can display either the Classic booking page or the Website landing page. Switch between them from Booking page in the sidebar. The URL stays the same regardless of which page type is active.

Troubleshooting

Booking URL already taken

• Try a variation of your name or business (e.g., add a number or initial).
• Keep URLs short and easy to remember.

Profile photo not uploading

• Ensure the image is under 2MB and in JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, or WebP format.
• Try a different browser or clear your cache.
• Contact support@tidycal.com if the issue persists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my booking URL later?

Yes. You can update it anytime in Settings > Bookings page. Note that old links will stop working.

I signed in with Google. Can I change my email?

If you signed in with Google Sign-In, your email is linked to your Google account. You can update it in Settings > Profile.
