How to customize my TidyCal profile and booking page URL

Personalizing your TidyCal profile and URL makes your booking page look more professional and makes it easier for clients to remember your link.

How to Update Your Profile Picture and Name

Your profile picture and name appear at the top of your main booking page and on all your individual booking types.

1. From your TidyCal Dashboard, click on Settings.

   Under the Profile tab, you will find the following fields:

   • Profile Picture: Click on the existing picture or placeholder to upload a new image from your computer. A professional headshot is recommended.
   • Name: This is the display name that clients will see. You can change this to your full name or your business name.
2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

How to Customize Your TidyCal URL

Your TidyCal URL is your main, shareable link that shows clients all of your public booking types. You can customize it to make it unique and easy to remember.

1. In the same Profile settings page, look for the field labeled Your booking page link.

2. The URL structure is tidycal.com/ . You can edit the part that comes after the slash.

   Enter your desired custom URL. This is often a name, a business name, or a combination. For example, tidycal.com/jane-doe-consulting .

   • Note: This URL must be unique across all of TidyCal. If another user has already claimed it, you will need to choose a different one.
3. Click Save Changes.

Once saved, this becomes your primary link. When you share it, clients will see a landing page with all of your available booking types listed for them to choose from.
