How to customize my TidyCal profile and booking page URL

Customize your TidyCal profile in Settings → Profile, and change your booking page URL, title and description from Booking page → Classic to match your brand.

Overview

Your profile (photo, name and email) lives in Settings → Profile. Your booking page link, Page title and Description live in the Classic drawer on the Booking page. You can edit your profile and your booking page link on every plan, including the Free Plan.

How do I edit my TidyCal profile?

  1. In the sidebar, go to Settings > Profile.
  2. Update your details:
    • Profile picture: Click Add photo (or Change photo if you already have one) to upload an image: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP or WebP, max 2MB.
    • Your name: Enter or update your display name.
    • Email address: Enter a new email, then click the confirmation link TidyCal sends to that address. The change applies only after you confirm (see How to change your TidyCal account email or password).
  3. Click Save changes.

How do I change my booking page URL?

  1. In the sidebar, click Booking page, then click the Classic card to open the settings drawer.
  2. Find the Your link field.
  3. Enter your preferred URL path (e.g., your name or business name). TidyCal saves it in URL form: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Spaces become hyphens and other symbols are removed.
  4. Your booking page will be at tidycal.com/your-link.
  5. Click Save changes.

In the same drawer, Page title is the heading of your booking page and Description is the intro text under it: use it for a short bio. Default theme sets the colors (see How to use the Booking Theme Editor).

Does my URL change if I switch between Classic and Website?

Your booking page URL (tidycal.com/your-link) can display either the Classic booking page or the Website landing page. Switch between them from Booking page in the sidebar. The URL stays the same regardless of which page type is active.

Troubleshooting

Booking URL already taken

  • If you see The vanity path has already been taken., someone else uses that link. Try a variation (add a number, initial or your business name).
  • If you see Sorry, that URL is unavailable., the word is reserved by TidyCal. Choose a different one.
  • Keep URLs short and easy to remember.

Profile photo not uploading

  • Ensure the image is under 2MB and in JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, or WebP format.
  • Try a different browser or clear your cache.
  • Contact support@tidycal.com if the issue persists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my booking URL later?

Yes. You can update it anytime from Booking page > Classic card > settings drawer. Note that old links stop working, including links to individual booking types and any embed code on your website, so update them after changing your link.

I signed in with Google. Can I change my email?

Yes, in Settings > Profile. Changing it disconnects Google Sign-In: you set a password when you confirm the new address, and log in with email and password from then on.

Can I show my booking page in another language?

Yes. Choose a language under Settings > Preferences > Language. Your Classic booking page and booking type pages are translated; the Website page stays in English. See How do I change the language of my booking page?
