How to change your TidyCal account email or password

Keeping your account login details up to date is important for security and ensuring you receive booking notifications. Here’s how to update your email address or password for your TidyCal account.


How to Change Your Email Address


Your email address is used for logging in and receiving all notifications.

  1. From your TidyCal Dashboard, click on Settings.
  2. Under the Profile tab, you will see the Email field.
  3. Delete your old email address and type in the new one you wish to use.
  4. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

TidyCal will send a verification link to your new email address. You must click this link to confirm the change before it becomes final.


How to Reset/Change Your Password


  1. Go to the TidyCal login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link located below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your TidyCal account and click Send reset link.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message from TidyCal containing a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
