How do I contact TidyCal support?
Email support@tidycal.com, or open the Help chat from the TidyCal logo menu. Include your account email and what you were doing so we can answer in one reply.

Open the Help Chat
- Click the TidyCal logo at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose Help. On a phone, open More and choose Help.

The TidyCal Assistant opens in the corner of the page and answers questions about TidyCal. If it can't help, click Email Support at the bottom of the chat — that opens a message to support@tidycal.com in your own email app.
Email Support
Write to support@tidycal.com. Send it from the email address on your TidyCal account so we can find your account straight away.
Telling us these things usually saves a round trip:
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The booking type or booking link involved.
- The date and time of the booking or time slot, and your time zone.
- A screenshot of what you are seeing.
- For calendar problems: which calendar provider (Google, Microsoft or Apple).
- For payment problems: whether the booking used Stripe or PayPal.
Priority Support on Pro
Pro includes priority support: emails you send from your account address are flagged as priority when they reach the support team. Lifetime plans do not include it — every message still gets answered, priority just decides the order.
Feature Requests and the Roadmap
Ideas for new features go to the Feedback board rather than support, where you can also vote on what others have suggested. Click Feedback in the sidebar, or open tidycal.com/feedback. See Where can I find the roadmap?
Questions Handled Somewhere Else
- AppSumo codes — activation is covered in How do I activate my AppSumo code?; buying, refunds and transfers are handled by AppSumo.
- Refunding one of your clients — you do that in Stripe or PayPal. See How do refunds and cancellation fees work for paid bookings?
- Refunding your own plan — see TidyCal Refunds and Downgrades.
- Your clients' questions — people who book with you should contact you, not TidyCal. Your email address is on their booking confirmation.
Troubleshooting
I can't log in, so I can't reach the Help chat
- Reset your password first — see Can't login/Password reset.
- Still stuck? Email support@tidycal.com from the address you signed up with.
The Help chat doesn't open
- Ad blockers and privacy extensions can block the chat widget. Turn them off for tidycal.com, or use a different browser.
- Email support@tidycal.com instead — it reaches the same team.
I haven't had a reply
- Check your spam folder, and search for messages about your ticket.
- Reply to the same email thread rather than starting a new one, so your history stays together.
- Make sure you wrote from the address on your TidyCal account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which email address should I write from?
The one your TidyCal account uses. It is how we find your account, and on Pro it is what marks your message as priority.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@tidycal.com with a screenshot, the booking type or link involved, and the steps that led to it. That goes to the same team who can raise it with the developers.
Can TidyCal help with my AppSumo purchase?
We can help with anything on the TidyCal side, such as a code that won't activate. Buying, refunding and transferring codes is handled by AppSumo through their help centre.
