TidyCal's CC Email Addresses feature allows you to automatically copy additional email addresses on all booking notifications for a specific booking type. This ensures your team members, assistants, or collaborators stay informed about every booking without manual forwarding.

How CC Email Addresses Work

When you add CC email addresses to a booking type:

  1. Every booking notification for that type includes the CC recipients
  2. CC recipients receive copies of:
    • New booking confirmations
    • Booking cancellations
    • Booking reschedules
    • All other booking-related emails
  3. CC recipients see the same information as the booking owner
  4. Each booking type can have its own unique CC list

Privacy Note: All CC recipients can see each other's email addresses in the email headers (standard CC behavior).

How to Add CC Email Addresses

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Go to Booking Types in your TidyCal dashboard
  2. Click on the booking type you want to add CC recipients to (or create a new one)
  3. Scroll down to find the CC Email Addresses section
  4. Click the toggle to Enable CC Emails
  5. Enter an email address in the input field
  6. Press Enter or click the Add button to add the email
  7. Repeat steps 5-6 to add multiple CC recipients
  8. Click Save Booking Type at the bottom

If you try to add an invalid email address, TidyCal will show an error and prevent adding it.
