Plan Requirements

Important: Teams are exclusively available with the Agency Plan (Tier 2). If you're currently on the Free or Individual Plan, you'll need to upgrade to access team features.

Creating Your First Team

Follow these steps to create your first team:

  1. Navigate to Teams
  2. Click the + Create team button
  3. Fill in your team details:
    • Team Name: Choose a professional name that represents your team or organization
    • URL Slug: This creates your team's public URL (e.g., tidycal.com/team/your-company)
    • Description: Add details about your team, services, or specialties
    • Logo: Upload a team logo to enhance your professional branding
  4. Add team members (you'll be automatically added as the Owner)
  5. Click Create team to save your settings

Team Naming Best Practices

  • Keep it professional: Use your company name or department name
  • Make it memorable: Clients should easily recognize your team
  • Consider SEO: Include relevant keywords if appropriate
  • Check availability: URL slugs must be unique across all TidyCal teams

Understanding Team URLs

Your team will have its own dedicated URL that clients can use to book appointments:

This URL displays your team's public booking page where clients can:

  • View all team members
  • See individual or collective booking options
  • Choose their preferred team member
