Integrate Microsoft Teams with TidyCal
The long wait is over! You can now integrate Microsoft Teams with TidyCal to streamline your scheduling and connect easily with clients. Here’s a quick guide to get you started.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have:
✅ A Lifetime Pro account in TidyCal
✅ An Office 365 Business or Education account with Microsoft
Steps to Integrate M.S. Teams
Integrate MS Teams in Integrations
- Log in to TidyCal account
- Click the hamburger menu ( ☰ )
- Select Integrations
- Choose Video Conferences
- Connect your Microsoft Teams account
- Log in with your Office 365 Business or Education credentials to complete the connection
Set MS Teams as Location of Meeting
- From your TidyCal dashboard, select the Booking Type you want to integrate with Microsoft Teams.
- Click Edit to modify your chosen booking type.
- Scroll down to Advanced Booking Type Settings.
- Under Location, choose Online video conference.
- From the link source dropdown, select Microsoft Teams.
- Save your changes.
Note: Repeat Step for any additional booking types you wish to meet via Microsoft Teams.
What Happens Next?
Once your integration is set up, a unique Microsoft Teams link will be automatically generated and included in the confirmation, calendar invite, and reminder emails sent to both you and your client whenever a meeting is booked.
This simplifies the process, ensuring you’re both ready to join the meeting effortlessly.
