How do Collective meetings work in TidyCal?

Collective meetings in TidyCal let you group two or more hosts together on a single booking page. When an invitee selects a time slot, everyone in that host group is reserved at once—making it easy to coordinate team calls, joint consultations, or any scenario where multiple people need to be present.

✅ Does TidyCal support Collective meetings?

Yes! TidyCal fully supports Collective meetings if you have an Agency Plan. You can easily add multiple hosts to a “Collective” event type right from your dashboard.

How to set up a Collective meeting in TidyCal

Setting up a Collective meeting only takes a few minutes. Here's a quick walkthrough:

1. Log in to your TidyCal dashboard.
2. If you don't have a Team created, you will need to create one first,
3. On that Team's tab click “+ Create New Team Booking Type” (or edit an existing one).
4. Under "Team settings" , add the hosts you want. Each person you select will have that time automatically blocked on their calendar when someone books.
5. Customize your other booking settings:
   • Set the duration
   • Define availability windows
   • Add intake questions or payment settings, if needed
6. Save and share the booking link with your invitees.

That’s it! Now, whenever someone books a time using that link, all selected hosts will be reserved at once.
