How much does TidyCal cost?

TidyCal sells plans two ways: lifetime plans on AppSumo for a one-time payment, or the Pro subscription directly on TidyCal, paid through Stripe. The Free Plan costs nothing, and Pro has no free trial.

How do I switch from Calendly to TidyCal?

Use Import from Calendly to migrate your Calendly booking types, bookings and contacts to TidyCal. It is available on all plans, and nothing on your Calendly account is changed. For every option in detail, see How do I import my bookings from Calendly?

1. Go to Integrations → Import from Calendly.
2. Click Connect Calendly account and allow access in Calendly. You return to the same TidyCal page.
3. Click Choose what to import.
4. Under What would you like to import?, tick Booking types, Upcoming bookings, Past bookings and Cancelled bookings as needed. Booking types are always included on a first import, because every booking needs a booking type.
5. Decide whether to switch on Follow changes made on Calendly and the notification switches (both explained below).
6. Click Start import. Email me when the import finishes is on by default, so you can close the page while it runs.

What does the Calendly import bring over?

• Booking types: name, description, duration and custom questions, plus the weekly hours from your default Calendly availability schedule. Booking types that are active on Calendly are enabled in TidyCal; inactive ones are imported disabled.
• Bookings: the invitee's name, email, time zone, question answers, guests and meeting link. Past bookings are imported as completed, and cancelled bookings as cancelled, with the reason where Calendly recorded one.
• Contacts: always included. Everyone who booked, and any guests they brought, join your contact list. Anyone already in your contact list is matched by email address and left as you have them.

Importing again does not create duplicates: booking types you already imported are left as they are, and bookings you already imported are updated.

What happens to imported bookings after the import?

Follow changes made on Calendly is off by default. While it is on, TidyCal checks Calendly every 15 minutes and updates an imported upcoming booking when someone reschedules or cancels it there. TidyCal never changes anything on Calendly, so while the switch is on, an imported booking shows a Lives on Calendly label and you move or cancel it with the Reschedule on Calendly or Cancel on Calendly button in the booking. While the switch is off, you can cancel or reschedule imported bookings in TidyCal, but the meeting stays on Calendly. If you no longer use Calendly, open No longer using Calendly? in the booking and click Manage in TidyCal instead, then cancel the meeting on Calendly too, or Calendly keeps emailing the invitee about it.

Send reminders, Send reschedule notices and Send cancellation notices are also off by default. Turn Calendly's own reminders off before you switch these on, or your invitees get two of everything. Reschedule and cancellation notices also need Follow changes made on Calendly switched on.

What does Pro add over the lifetime plans?

Pro ($12/month or $99/year) and Agency Lifetime ($79 one-time) both include the team features: collective and round-robin booking types, a dedicated teams page and SMS reminders. They differ in these ways:

• Limits. Agency Lifetime purchased on or after September 1, 2026 includes 10 calendar connections, 4 team members including the owner and 10 SMS segments per month, and no custom domain. Agency Lifetime purchased before that date keeps 25 calendar connections, unlimited team members, 20 SMS segments per month and a custom domain. Pro includes unlimited calendar connections, team members and SMS segments, plus a custom domain.
• Branding. Pro removes all TidyCal branding from your booking pages. Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime show reduced branding, and the Free Plan shows full branding.
• Platform fee. Pro has no platform fee. The lifetime plans carry the 1% fee on Stripe bookings, and lifetime owners can choose to cover it from their payout instead of adding it to the booker's total.
• Priority support. Included with Pro only.
• Billing. Pro is a recurring subscription bought on TidyCal. Agency Lifetime is a one-time purchase on AppSumo.

When might Calendly suit you better?

Consider Calendly if you need one of these (Calendly details as of September 2026, from the Calendly sources linked in the comparison above):

• Routing forms. Calendly's Teams plan lists "Create forms, screen invitees, and route leads". TidyCal has no routing forms.
• Salesforce. Calendly's Teams plan lists "Send meetings to Salesforce". TidyCal has no built-in Salesforce or HubSpot integration; on Individual Lifetime, Agency Lifetime and Pro, you can connect other apps through Zapier or the TidyCal API.
• Text reminders. Calendly sends text reminders through Workflows (Automations), except during its trial. In TidyCal, SMS reminders need Agency Lifetime or Pro and go to U.S. and Canadian numbers.
• An enterprise plan. Calendly lists Enterprise, which "Starts at $15k/yr" and "Starts at 50 seats". TidyCal's plans are the Free Plan, Individual Lifetime, Agency Lifetime and Pro.
• A native mobile app. Calendly's pricing page lists a "Mobile app and browser extension". TidyCal has no iOS or Android app; you use it in a web browser, which has a mobile layout.

Troubleshooting

Why can't I cancel or reschedule an imported Calendly booking?

While Follow changes made on Calendly is on, TidyCal leaves imported bookings to Calendly and shows "This booking came from Calendly and is still managed there" if you try.

• Open the booking and use Reschedule on Calendly or Cancel on Calendly.
• If you have stopped using Calendly, open No longer using Calendly? in the booking and click Manage in TidyCal instead.

Why is my Calendly import taking so long?

• Calendly limits how quickly TidyCal can read your data, so a large account takes a while. Past bookings are the slowest part.
• You can close the page. With Email me when the import finishes on, TidyCal emails you when the import is done.
• If the Choose what to import page shows The last import stopped before it finished., start the import again from that page. Items already imported are not duplicated.

Why are my invitees getting two reminders?

• Calendly's reminders and TidyCal's Send reminders are both on. Turn off Calendly's reminders.
• To stop TidyCal's reminders instead, go to Integrations → Import from Calendly → Choose what to import, untick Send reminders and click Start import. The setting is saved when you start the import, and importing again does not duplicate anything.

Why does a feature show a Pro badge on the Free Plan?

• Features that the Free Plan does not include, such as group bookings, custom email reminders and a custom reply-to address, show a Pro badge.
